FUTURE HRM: HUMANE RESPONSIBILITY MANAGEMENT?

Abstract
Weak signals show that HRM may be changing from human resource management to human rights management and even to humane responsibility management. These three developmental versions of HRM are analyzed and compared regarding ideology, ethics and strategy, which reveals the complex and challenging relationship between HRM and CR (corporate responsibility).
